1. Services

  • We offer residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning services.
  • Service descriptions are available on our platform. Pricing is provided upon request or consultation.
  • Additional services outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

2. Bookings & Cancellations

  • All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled time may attract a 30% cancellation fee.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may be billed in full.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is due on or before the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
  • We accept secure digital payments or cash upon completion, as agreed with the client.
  • Invoices can be requested and are delivered electronically.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure access to the premises during the service window.
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before cleaning.
  • Report any dissatisfaction within 24 hours of service completion.

5. Liability & Damages

Niholaa Cleaning Services is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damages
  • Items not securely stored
  • Incidents beyond our control (e.g. power outages, building faults)

6. Data Privacy

  • Your information is protected according to our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

7. Modifications

  • We may update our terms occasionally and will notify you of major changes.
  • Continued use of our services implies agreement with the updated terms.
